何兆成(Zhaocheng He),男,1977年生,广东梅州人,中山大学智能工程学院交通工程专业教授,博士生导师。
现任广东省智能交通系统重点实验室-主任;中大-华为“城市交通信息物理系统计算与应用”联合创新实验室-主任;广东省交通运行评价与智慧服务工程技术研究中心副主任;全国城市道路交通畅通提升行动计划专家组-专家;OpenITS国际研究计划联盟理事、中国人工智能学会委员、中国交通运输协会青年科技工作者委员会委员、首批广州市珠江科技新星计划人选、广州市交委交通决策咨询专家、广州市高层次人才优秀专家、佛山市智能交通发展特邀专家。

学科方向
研究方向:多网融合交通系统建模与仿真、交通时空大模型、车路云一体化协同、智能交通系统等方面。
开发了包括“广东省警民通交通知识图谱系统”、“城市主干道与收费站车辆检测与交通态势分析系统”、“宣城交通大脑系统”、“精细化GIS-T平台”、“TransysLab中观仿真平台”、“交通设施管理系统”在内的多个业务应用系统。
讲授课程:交通运输工程学、交通软件、交通流理论、交通调查与分析。
